I've tried to confirm something about my shipment since this morning (that it will be shipping, and that the lens will be included in that package). No bomb squad member directly, No one reachable through general extensions, and no operator... Hope their wasn't a fire. :gun:

Ok, what options are you selecting in the frontend menu? Everytime someone reports that there is no answer, I call from my cell and get an answer within 4 rings. We have people on the phones from 8-5 PT, Monday-Friday.
