Any Suggestions Other Than Tascam DR-60D?

Hey Everyone

Looking at a better solution for an external recorder than the Zoom H4n or Roland R-26. I really like the look of the Tascam DR-60D, any suggestions, likes, dislikes?

Just looking for a good 4 channel recorder, that has line out and is easy to use without too many menus and things like that.

Budget is upto around $700.

I think that this, though not perfect, is a good option in your budget. If you find a used Roland r4, that *might* hit your budget target

However, the gear I consider the most reliable will be 4-5 times your budget, even used (Zaxcom MAXX, Sound Devices 744t)
