Any help, EPIC-W error code 0x000000d1

Hey everyone, we were so excited to use our RED EPIC-W. We had it all set up and ready to go. Worked great the night before on practice runs for commercial shoot today. We got to the park, all set-up, turned on the camera and I immediately knew something wasn't right. It was taken forever for the screen to come on and we never got picture. Then an error code popped up on the screen and for us to contact RED along with a shutdown button. the error code was 0x000000d1. Not sure what is going on. Just contacted RED and waiting for them to get back with us. It's like waiting to see your new born baby, anticipation is killing me. lol. I pray it's something simple because we just got it last week and have only got to play around on it for a few moments. Big shoot coming up next Tuesday so hopefully we will have it figured out before then. Anyone else get this code? Any ideas on a fix?

did you bump the battery? I have had that issue and I think the battery wasnt making perfect connection

Thanks. Yeah, tried several batteries just to make sure.

I would make sure your on latest firmware, secure format the media. See if it happens again, also I think there is a log file you can send to red somewhere on the media

Yeah, it failed as well trying to update the firmware, got the error code and it said shutdown. RED called and walked me though several steps and nothing would work. Couldn't even master reset it successfully. After all that the Red Mini-Mag Side Module quit working, no flashing light, would not even act as if it had a side module. So back off to RED it goes.
