ANY GOOD FOR SCARLET/EPIC? EXPRESS 35 "EVENT" SHOULDER RIG

Take a look at this:

With 2 handles, a counter-weight, and an offset, its $600.

Could be a very interesting budget-rig for for SCARLET/EPIC. Anyone have any first-hand experience?

I have one of their smaller rigs for DSLR, and it's AMAZING. All the DP's I shoot with always comment on the build, so I am kinda intrigued.

Its sort of an economy Wooden Rig.

I haven't put a RED on any E35 system, but I would have a fair amount of confidence that it would work, as long as you get the larger rigs like the Event. I would think that if you got a quick-release for it, you'd be better off. (The quick-release mount just looks sturdier).

I really like this guy. He operates literally out of my neighborhood (he uses the UPS Store just down the street), and has great quality stuff for the price. But, you seem to already know that.
