Any good books, video courses, or links for advanced lighting ratio comprehension?

I'm looking to go more in-depth into lighting ratios and how they are incorporated in pictures in motion.

I remember a book called lighting for film and television when I was at Uni that had a very extensive chapter on ratios, might also be worth looking at some current pre visualisation software such as https://www.elixxier.com/en/products/setalight3d.php to have a bit of a play with.
