Hi All,

I was curious to know if there are currently any Epic-M's in Iceland? I'm about to head there for a week and will be visiting some pretty amazing places (in a Land Rover Defender, no less!), and the more I research our plans, the more I can't help but feel like it will be a shame to miss the opportunity to capture the Icelandic landscape with a camera every bit as awesome.

Between resolution, form-factor, features like HDRx and full-frame overcranking, it's a no-brainer...this is a perfect stomping ground for Epic shooting!

I've been crossing my fingers that an M or X would have landed in my possession prior to the trip, but it seems that window of opportunity has passed. I guess I was hoping that there might still be some way to take one with me...anyone have an M that will be sitting idle for the first 10 days in July?

Jim? :violin:

No - but I'll be in Iceland, probably briefly, in early July, with my Red One...

Nice shots, where is the second one? The first is Lakagigar if I'm not mistaken...

If your down to pay for my flight out there and put me up, Ill bring my M for ya!

Would love to take you up on the offer, Eric! Affordability, not to mention my wife's feelings on co-opting our Icelandic adventure together, may prevent that from becoming a reality... Let's hope there's a next time...

drat! looks beautiful out there! oh well, happy shooting and good luck.
