I'm looking at buy used Anton Bauer Dionic 90 batteries off member of the REDUSER Forum. Does anybody know is there a way to check how many charges on the batteries? I don't want to purchase batteries that are on their last legs.

Thanks,
Brian

Lifesaver Quad 2702 chargers indicate both age and charge cycles on Dionic batteries. This is done by selecting battery position on charger then pressing 'Display' button again for interactive data. As is case with some Dionics age will shorten lifespan worse than charge cycles. Batteries 3 years old have reduced capacity regardless of high or lower charges. Also Dionics can suffer additionally if they are taken down to dead or let run hot as result of draining below 12 volts.

So bottom line is there are several factors to consider but in my experience age is a significant consideration in Dionics or Hytrons.
