Anticipated Filter Needs?

[Michael Olsen]

Hello all,

After looking through the Accessories forum I've come to understand that a number of filters are viewed as more or less "must-haves" to shoot with the RED one (hot-mirror, for example).

Do we know if a similar filter array will be necessary for the Scarlet, or is that something we just won't know until we get them?

Best.

Yes, you will need the same essential filters.

Sorry, I'm new here but not new to digital photography and filtering IR contamination.

Do we have confirmation that the new gen of sensors -won't- have more effective internal IR cut filtering? If not, then we're just speculating.
