Another cheap ebay HMI? Will it blow my face off?

Just wondered if anyone has had a look at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231063001597

Is it even an actual HMI?

I'm certainly intrigued, but of the Asian imports I've only ever used tungsten lamps which seem to be far simply to construct safely and cheaply.

No real branding anywhere...who knows what it is. My guess, it's not an HMI. No ballast and even the cheap Chinese HMI's have ballasts. Order with caution.

My thoughts too... Although the seller has 100% feedback. I wondered whether the ballast might be mounted internally. Although I guess you can't leave bad feedback if you're dead from electrocution.
