  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Well, I would hope a person contemplating that would not initiate a formal transfer of ownership until after they receive their SCARLET-W.

David, just contact your rep. They will cancel your RAVEN order, move your deposit to SCARLET-W (and notify you if additional balance due). And did I mention you will keep your RAVEN order time stamp?

Estimated shipping dates on RED.com are listed. SCARLET-W will begin shipping in Feb. RAVEN is March due to the moving of 4K to 4.5K. Packages with accessories not shipping until March won't, obviously, ship until March.

Thanks for clarifying that Brent.. I sent my Rep from Raven an email, wasn't sure if this was do-able. You guys are killing it as always.
 
Dope. Just what I want. I just pre-ordered.
I already have a pre-order on Raven, but I am going to just go with the Scarlet-W instead. Can I have my Raven deposit applied to my Scarlet-W purchase and/or deposit now instead? Would my bomb squad rep be able to do that?

Brent, you must at times feel like an air traffic controller stuck in the tower at LAX all by yourself.
 
Highly tempted to add a Scarlet-W Monochrome to my arsenal... 5K mono is plenty resolution-wise... hmmm....
 
Can we get a comparison chart between all the new offerings RED has out at the moment? As a RED EPIC DRAGON owner I feel like I am being short changed.
 
Amazing thank you Brent, keeping my my Raven order time stamp is like a whipped cream topping making that cake even sweeter... you guys are the best !
