Angenieux 25-250mm HP for sale, T3.7, PL mt. Beautiful Lens

[Larry Gebhardt]

Hi All. I've decided to sell one of my 25-250mm Angenieux HP lenses. This is the version that came just before the HR, which goes for $25,000 or so, USED.

It's on eBay now http://www.ebay.com/itm/11082926283...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649#ht_6707wt_1044

This is a very rare lens, and a good one...much better than the "Old Style" 25-250 that you see a lot of (although that one does have its place in the greater scheme of things).

Please take a look at the listing and email me at larrygeb@gmail dot com if you are interested "off list"

Thanks a lot,

Larry

I was wondering what the weight and length are of this lens?

[Larry Gebhardt]

Hi Mike...I'm not at home now to measure the lens, but I will later and get back to you.

Thanks for your interest.

Larry

Hello again Mike. The lens is just under 12" (300mm) long (without the shade), and weighs a little less than 8 lbs. (3.6kg).

Thanks again,

Larry

Larry,

I have several of these zooms and quite happy with their performance. Yours is very cleans and seems to be in excellent condition. I would like to purchase the lens for $5,100 if your interested in selling. Email me at address below to discuss.

Thanks for your offer, Tom, but it just sold about an hour ago. I believe they are worth considerably more than your offer...in fact I may have asked too little for it considering the response I received.

Hang onto yours as I think they are appreciating. When you think about it...there are only a few zoom in this range, both in price and focal length. It would be nice if RED would offer a lens in this zoom range.
