Angelbird - CFast Card Reader 2.0

Hi,

I just received my Angelbird - CFast Card Reader 2.0 and I'm not able to see it on my Desktop. I wrote to Angelbird, however, I have not heard back. Anyone had this issue? I'm using an iMac High Sierra v10.13.6

Jimmy,

I know it sounds silly, but did you make sure the USB cable was pushed all the way into the reader? It should sit flush into the reader - just give it a good shove and make sure it's in there is some resistance.

I did...I know..it's a very tight fit which is good, however, still not working.
