Anamorphic Workflow

Can anybody help me with a workflow for footage shot on build 20 with Anamorphic lenses at 3K cutting with FCP and then into Color?

Transcode to ProRes 1080p or 720p Quicktime files using 2x fit width, edit, Cinema tools conform or EDL conform to Color, resize in geometry room, apply resize to all clips and finish.

Thanks for your response, could you give me a little more help with the cinema tools conform? I've not done it before

Thanks again. Just read through and attempted a test but in the white paper it says to "drag the folder that contains the REDCODE media used by your project onto the
Cinema Tools icon in the Applications folder, or in your Dock" but for some reason this just wont work for me. I'm guessing I'm being incredibly stupid but its late and I need to work this out soon. Any ideas?
