No, not available and it doesn't seem to have connected back to the R3D's. I also don't have the Tools menu in Clipfinder, am I working with the wrong version?

I have also had reports from people who found Color not working properly after they had applied the latest FCP update (before FCS 3 came out).
Reinstalling the RED FCS 2 support fixed the problem.

I would get the latest and 2.2 beta 6k version of Clipfinder.

But it sound like there is a problem with your Color. If you put one _H proxie on an FCP timelime and send that to Color do you get the Red tab in Color? If that doesn't work you might need to reinstall your FCP software. Make sure you use the right version FCS 2 or FCS 3. Red footage used to work in your Color right?

If I import one of the _H proxies from the R3D folder and send that to color it works but not using the RR _H versions.

Just so you can point out if I have done something wrong here is the exact step by step workflow I have used;

Red Rushes:
Debayer Q: Quarter Res
Timecode: Edgecode
Look Source: Camera
Color Space: REDspace
Gamma Space: REDspace

1280x720
Fit Width 2x
CatmulRom (sharp)

Output: Quicktime Mov
QT codec: Apple Pro Res 422
Reel ID: Full Name

In FCP
edit and export EDL based on FCS2 whitepaper settings

Open in color and set the source directory as the the original R3D folder

Is there a problem anywhere there?

When you created your offline files you named then _H. That might the problem. Make sure when you conform you XML you reconnect to the _H quicktime proxie and not your _H offline file.

The FCS2 Whitepaper is only for using L&T isn't it? I am pretty sure that workflow will not work if you don't use L&T to create your offline files.

When you created your offline files you didn't overwrite your _H proxies did you?

The Clipfinder workflow uses FCP XML files and it doesn't matter what you used for offline so long as the first 16 characters of the file name match the original Red filenames.

Export an XML file from your FCP timeline and follow the steps I mentioned before using the latest Clipfinder and see if that works.

Did you use edgecode in your previous test or timecode? Tell me your settings in your EDL please. Also, the latest installer for FCS update I noticed screwed up a lot of these other workflows. Did you install this update in between the time you did the test and now?

So is the the Anamorphic workflow easier FCS 3?
