I am new here and hopefully, if RED doesn't let me down on the third, I'll be one Scarlet user among many.
Anyway....
I tend to shoot and take stills with anamorphic glasses attached. Like Lomos, Iscoramas and stuff. Now I am wondering how these 2.35 and other aspect ratios will work on the scarlet.
If I stretch the image with an anamorphic lens, will the scarlet be able to squeeze it back to correct ratio for correct display on my monitor?
and:
I can remeber, about 1-2 years ago, RED was talking about the Scarlet being also great for taking stills. Is it really handy to take stills with it?
If so - great!
Or will that be just an extra-feature?
Sorry... this might be a stupid question but I don't know what to expect.
thanks,
