AMA linked R3Ds - clip updates with look but not sequence?

Thanks to Michael P's amazing "digital_camera_workflow_whitepaper_us.pdf",
I have successfully relinked a sequence made from RX- originated DNx36 files to the original R3D's via AMA.
Th clip colour check in particular is a fantastic idea.
However when I update the source settings for a clip, the new look is not updated in the sequence.
What am I doing wrong?
Any suggestions welcome.

EDIT: Kevin Klimek provided the answer on the Avid forums - with timeline window active, select CLIP:REFRESH SEQUENCE:SOURCE SETTINGS.

Good catch, I need to add that to the update. Source setting changes don't automatically update to the sequence for a variety of good reasons, but in order to do so, load sequence in record monitor, and under the CLIP menu you will see "Refresh Sequence", this will allow you to update events in sequences to their sources on different parameters such as color, aspect ratio, etc.
