Just looking for something that still puts the handles comfortably down closer to my waist level. Definitely want to avoid paying so much if at all possible.

The Elements Mantis might be a good option. Or WC's rig. They have arms that come out pretty far that you can attach the handles via rosettes.

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, those are even higher than I'm looking to pay - I already have a shoulder rig, but the handles are stubbly and I have to keep my arms up most of the time.
