  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Alternative Tokina 11-16??

Looking at his feedback to see if anyone has bought one of those yet. But all transactions show up as "private."

I believe this ebay seller's price is around the same price that Duclos was selling their version for...

Not much information about the seller available, where he is located. I'd be concerned about warranty and repairs.

For $500 more, you can have the Duclos version.

+1 ask for warranty and manufacturer or take the Duclos.

I seem to remember that Sergey K had a set of Tokina's done this way.

It might be one of his?

For $2000 less you could have the Nikon 14-24. I have both the Tokina and Nikon and they are in two different leagues. For 8K more you could buy the "Ruby" which is nothing more than the Nikon 14-24 rehoused.

I'd like the Nikon but you can't put filters on it, right? I have the Nikon 17-35 and it blows a lot of other lenses away. I guess I could use it with a mattebox.

One of Sergey K's lenses I think. Id recon it will be very good.

I have this and it lets you use UV, ND, and CP filters on it as well as giving your lens a great metal lens cap to protect the front element. I have an extra one of these brand new in the box I'd be willing to let go for 120 plus shipping. I can provide pictures of both the new adapter and the one I am currently using on my set up.
