So what makes the AllSteady 6 different than other gimbal?

The AllSteady 6 sets you free, giving you the freedom to explore and the freedom to create. Even if you have a much more expensive and larger gimbal, own this one and you will find that it would be your go-to gimbal. It is about half the weight but it can handle heavy tasks.

Just my two cents.

I bought 2 allsteady 6 gimbals in his web almost two months ago with Paypal.

I ask about delivery time, they said about 1 month.

5 weeks later I sent three emails to turboace with no answer.

Then call turboace, I explain we have one film and two more jobs waiting for gimbals.

They said May 14th gimbals will be shipped.

But this never happened.

Again on May 18 th called again to turboace. They said, sure gimbals will be shipped this thursday or friday 22th and they send tracking Nr.

At this time, they had not sent tracking nr and i guess guimbals has not been shipped.

Other customers, in the allsteady 6 kickstarter page has the same problem and are very angry.

I don't know if gimbal quality is very good, but customer service is just awful.

Hope this helps if someone want to buy these gimbals.

I convinced my boss to buy two gimbals and now I'm being bad at my job and I'm thinking to cancel the order by paypal.

I was part of the kickstarter pre-order and got mine recently after placing 2 calls. Just balancing it now, haven't turned it on yet. Using it with my stripped down Scarlet-X. Will keep all posted.
