This is a used Allstar A-Mount Adapter for the Red-One Camera. It allows the use of many different types and brands of lenses, from PL to Nikon to Canon to Sony, etc. All you need is the specific adapter from Allstar for your particular brand of lens. The lens can then mount onto the camera port very quickly with no need for wrenches or screwdrivers.

This Adapter is in great condition and very well made. It is approved by Red Digital Cinema for use on their Red-One Cameras.

With this A-mount system you can use still camera lenses like: Contax C/Y, Leica R, M42, Nikon, Canon,...etc, and cine lenses like PL, BNCR,...etc. You can change those lenses at the same time, quickly and safely. And don’t need to* adjust the back focus.

The camera is "NOT" included, and is for demonstration purposes only.

BTW - I love Australia. If I was going to live anywhere else other than the USA, it would be there.

The Allstar A-Mount Adapter was just sold on eBay, but the buyer is probably going to return it. If he does, I will let you know and we can go from there.

Almost any brand of lens will work with this mount, as long as you have, or purchase, the Allstar Adapter for that particular brand. In other words, you would need a Canon Allstar Adapter so you could mount the lens onto the Allstar A-Mount. The Allstar A-Mount attaches "permanently" to the Red-One lens port.
