  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

All Caught Up....

The real credit here goes to the incredible Brent and Kelly duo.. and of course the Bombsquad... those guys busted their asses over the last couple months getting us all caught up.. each one of them had to literally double, sometimes triple their daily workload to make this possible.

The dedication of your staff is beyond the norm of reality. I am NOW a firm RED believer that "… you do what you say; and you say what you do". I await the Scarlet so I can get started on my Broadcast Productions.

I can testify from personal experience that Brent never sleeps...he regularly responds to my emails after 10pm. I'm beginning to wonder if he is a real person or if 4 people call themselves Brent. :)

He isn't the only one. I've swapped emails with Randy after 10PM on more than one occasion.
 
This is a great accomplishment. I know you guys have taken some heat over the delivery schedule over the past year, but the reality is, this needed time to mature, to get up to speed. It sounds to me like the new cameras and accessories will be released in a much smoother timeline, as I'm sure you guys have come up with new manufacturing procedures and protocols that will make things more efficient.

I for one appreciate all of the effort the whole team has put in, and I think it's time we tip our caps to Jim as well and say thanks for taking this crazy idea of a 4K camera from concept to reality and assembling a team that could actually pull it off. I admire any man that stays up later and works harder than I do, especially one that doesn't really have to, but choses to do so because he's passionate about what he does.

Congratulations on this considerable milestone. One of many I'm sure.

I have never had a more satisfying experience dealing with a company.

RED's level of service is every bit as revolutionary as the design and technology behind the camera.

I also appreciate Nate Heartt and his help getting me through several issues during and after the purchase of my camera.

You all have something special there.

I wonder what it was like the day that sent the last of the back-ordered cameras out the door. Trumpets and angels? Confetti?

Nice work and thanks to all the men and women who work behind the scenes to keep the trains moving on time and the RED cameras flowing.
