Aliassed edges

Last week I shot some test footage on the beach at 100fps at 2k.
The aviators do have some aliassed borders (which do disappear at some point )
Anybody knows why this happens?

Are you sure it's not just the shape of the parachutes/sails? Otherwise, I don't see any aliasing...

I see some pretty smooth curves on other edges of the same sails which exhibit the alledged aliasing.

I am betting it is the wind induced shape of the sail and not aliasing. I don't believe aliasing would be selective which curve wants to attack.

Moving footage would help, I agree with the above and I think this is ripples in the surface caused by wind and not aliasing.

Eirik, maybe you're right, after some more analysis it seem that when the kites move faster it appears. So it could be some kind of rippling. il post some moving footage tomorrow.
