  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

RED has not been used for a hundred years like film... It's advent was just until recent or it would have.

What is amazing about RED is that before many these big name directors and cinematographers, we got to adopt it for our production. I'm really thankful to that. AND, no latency in spreading it to the world (with some language limitations) because of how you market it.
 
I keep thinking of people being sold on the Red One, just wait until Epic comes out. I'm sure there are going to be plenty more nice little comments like this from some big names in the game.
 
That is the best compliment I've heard so far.
And coming from a film that has a great look to it.

For the work you do tirelessly till date releasing software updates on monthly basis and actively collaborating with the users you deserve this.

As the tip of the spear here in Japan (we had the first Red here back in February last year) it's great to see how we've helped influence the local industry, even if we are in the lion's den!!

Three features completed, countless shorts, commercials, music videos, and things are just getting started! It's great to see the top tier of Hollywood getting the camera and all of its awesome potential. "Knowing" released here recently and people are beginning to realise this camera company is here to stay.

Now we have a service centre locally and people are getting more comfortable with using Red. It's taken a while and it's still hard to sell some people on why it's better, but the more 'A' list Hollywood movies that come out, the more people are willing to take a chance (not that it's taking a chance but NIH syndrome is a powerful force here) on something different.

Can't wait to do it all again with the first Epic here in Japan!!
