I'm using workflow 2 (work offline using ProRes) from "RED FCS Whitepaper", and don't understand why after Log&Transfer video look more contrast and more darkly than original, even with option "Native". It's not my subjective look, it's a obvious on waveform in Color. I have 4 series film (each for 50 minutes) edited in FCP, and I want make CC with original r3d files in Color, but workflow not provide this. 4K r3d files imported in Color directly from disk and resized (by Color) to 2K looks same as in RedAlert, and have more information in whites and mids then files resized to 2K by Log&Transfer, though they have a size (in bytes) same as 4K r3d...
Yesterday I found way to relink my edits to r3d files and import it into Color, but this way not optimal, and obliges use Clipfinder (Thanks a lot Hans-Georg!) to conform FCP XML, and about 5% of clips link to wrong files in Color.
Can I make CC in Color with original r3d files using only FCP, Color and RED software? Or how to transfer files to Color without differences with original?

Thanks, Luca, approximately so I also do. But I think problem with wrong linked files contains in EDL. I have 34 disk images, each of which it's one shooting day (image of RED Drive). Before import EDL into Color I mount needed disk images, and Color following EDL begin long process finding and relinking clips...
EDL is so simple, only filenames and timecodes, but for 50 minutes sequence from different disk images available many chances for errors :-)
