  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi.

Had a total revamp of my computer prior to a new project startup.

After updating everything and installing the RED codec etc

I get the "looking for movie-data" window for a looong time for every RED proxy I open in a QT based app.

After opening, they behave as expected, though.

ANyone seen this?

The "looking for movie-data" issue happens regularly when you move R3Ds from one system to another. The simplest fix is to load the clips into REDrushes and rebuild the proxies.

Cheers,
Hans
