Recently I've finded a problem in the quality of the debayer of the R3D files between Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
This are a 1K crop of a 2K File (Rescaled down from a 4K File) without any color correction or sharpen applied, just the r3d file.
All with the same R3D Settings:
Debayer Detail: High
Chroma Denoise: Maximum
OLPF Compensation: High
Max Bith Depth Checked
First: After Effects
Second: Premiere
Third: REDAlert
Can you see the difference too?
