  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

After Effects Garbled Frames When Downsampling 5k to HD

This problem has come up in various versions for After Effects. When rendering/down sampling 5k footage to HD (and other resolutions) every 1-5 seconds a garbled frame shows up in the output, sometimes more frequently. This has been an ongoing issue in CC 2014 and earlier versions as well. Restarting, etc. doesn't seem to help. And I've tried searching for this issue online but haven't found anything.

Have others experienced this and are there any known work-arounds in After Effects?
