  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

After Effects CC 2014 - Bad R3D Debayer?

Still having issues with this here, anyone ever able to resolve this problem. I've found that changing the debayer settings from High to medium sometimes helps, but then clips usually switch and then I have to swtich it back to high. Very frustrating.

The debayer settings trick works for me most of the time, I'm on M-X though. Adobe has announced that this issue will be resolved in the next update (announced at IBC I think), but the time frame is a rather generic "In the coming weeks"...

Yeah, I'm able to work around it, but it keeps popping up randomly. Clips that were fine suddenly look like 1/16 quality, and renders are popping up with the random low res clip thrown in. Thank god for DPX rendering. Just kind of a pain in the ass.
