Anyone know how to enable, connect to or use the AES/EBU digital audio in the Epic body? My audio guy wants to run 4 ch to the camera.

Thanks,

S.

It is my understanding that the OMOD's will also be available for the classic EPIC bodies.

NAB is only a couple of weeks away - if you can wait that long, there may be other solutions you are looking for debuted at the show.

The Pro I/O module has a nifty feature: it will do automatic sample rate conversion from 96K to 48K, which is actually quite handy if you are tapping into the digital feed of an audio recording studio. I also have one for sale, having moved all my cameras from EPIC to WEAPON.

I will talk with the Audio department and see what their plan is - I might have them contact you to purchase your unit.
