Advanced search options

[Cicero A]

Im purchasing my first red camera and doing some research on extras(fluid heads/sliders/batteries ect...)
anyway most of my results are for sell results when I search. is there an advanced search option so that I can only search certain sections of the site or exculde the for sale ads?

Hi Cicero, not sure how well it works, but you could try clicking the search icon in the upper right of the page, then go to Search Single Content Type/Additional Options/Search In Forums - then highlight the particular sub-categories you want to search in.

I feel stupid. I didnt know you can click the button without entering any data and it would take me to an advanced search page. there should be an advanced search button imo.
thanks for the help
