Adobe Lightroom 5 and R3D

Has Adobe stopped supporting R3Ds with the latest updates to Lightroom? It used to read R3D's and no longer seems to support them. David? Anyone?

To add, will LR ever recognize a single frame R3D as a picture that is editable and not a video file? This is a big one.
