  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I don't think cameras 100-300 were or are necessarily being shipped in cardinal order; another consideration was the timing of complete payment. I seem to remember reading that #299 received his camera back in December, and, obviously, there are earlier numbers that have yet to be shipped/received.

So get that payment in as soon as you get your accessories worked out and you will probably accelerate the receipt of your shipment. After that, and once the mount is lubed up, I suspect shipments follow cardinal order or full-payment order, whichever came first.

No one. With that being said here is what I think. I think Jim should be relaxing and enjoying the rewards of his success from Oakley. You know, a round of golf, a dip in the spa, maybe a little shopping. Instead he spends his days at Red determined to do the almost impossible, please everyone else. And you can bet the farm that he won't stop until every last one is satisfied. I read a lot of posts here from great people with positive attitudes.To the few geniuses that made us all aware there is no Feb 30th, thanks for pointing that out. At least we know how to tie our own shoes. I think everyone should give him a lot of credit for what he is doing and try to be patient. I am sure that after his hair appointment and manicure he will read your e-mails.

Just wanted to mention that I got a short email yesterday from Travis. I had sent them an email saying basically that, while I hated to be THAT GUY and pester them, I was curious about a date for #344. He indicated that, with the additional lens mount lubrication etc. that it would be closer to February for me.
So they're moving it along for sure. Luckily my 3-day debut Red job got pushed to the end of Feb.

I am getting a headache from all of that. The last "official word" was that they are shipping according to the last tentative schedule posted by JIm. If your #344 is getting to be delivered around February then I don't know what to make out of it.
I am a bit like a fish without the water, I am booked for a beautiful project for theatrical release. It's in late Mar08., but we need at least a week for the tests...
I know everybody is working their asses off, but since the cams are in a production, a realistic schedule should be possible.
Gee, I can't recognize my self, I guess the heat is on and my polish ass is on fire:)
 
RED222 comes closer and closer, should be here tomorrow. I'm with you, feel the pain, see the passion behind all of that and I am soooooo lucky, that this happens, and it will happen for all of you guys. Ok, I am celebrating right now and it seems to me, that I'll be a bit drunken, now and probably more in the next hours ;-)
 
I am very happy for you Daniel... can't wait to see those glacier/mountain shots!
 
Harry, like I told you, there is even a good chance of later this month with the way things are moving. Brent is pretty sure about making up to that 400 mark by the end of the month.

I'm glad this will still work around your shooting schedule.
