Hi fellow Red Users

Iam planing to shoot a short documentary with my crew, about Castles in Slovakia. It will be all presented by Parkour and freeruning combined Contemporary dance, Breakdance, Capueira, Tricking and workout fanatics.
we plan to shoot 8 episodes 4 minutes each castle during 10 days. that leaves us approximately 1 day/1castle plus 2 days to take a breath.
we will be constantly on move - day shooting, evening/night moving to new location plus recharging and backup of footage. We are planing to use DJI RONIN ( its already ordered.. i just hope it will shit on time so we get time to practice with it...) for most shots - i hope we can make it very dynamic and steady. it will be shot on EPIC X with Canon CN-E and Still lenses, 9 RED Volts ( there will be electricity plug on every location so this shouldnt be a problem ) 4 x256 red MAgs, Chrosciel Fox wireless follow focus, but no wireless monitoring for the gimbal operator - looks like our budget will not be able to cover that too .

I could really use some experienced advice as this is my first project of this scale and iam a bit lost in all of the stuff we have to take care of.

What would be you suggestions for the right gear and any workflows during the shoot for this project?
We also plan to do one episode in night - just fire lights, smoke, and all dramatic mood, do you have any experiences with night shooting on EPIC?
Helicopter shots - we cant find anybody for aerials at least with DSLR so we might use DJI Phantom 2 with Go Pro for this. what do you think?

Thank you for your advices ! :)
