Accidental Format - Urgent Help needed!

Hello Redusers - I accidentally formatted a 64GB ssd in the field and have previously used RedUndead to correct this. However, this time it's not working. Maybe the new firmware 4.0.10 doesn't work this way? Any suggestions would be hugely helpful. This was shot on Scarlet-X

you probably cant use redundead
it always works even i find 6month old footage with redundead

Try photorec on windows

I contacted the developer a few years ago and had him add r3d to the list of headers his software looks for...

Also there is recuva....
Saved me lots of times with other things...

Both on the windows side and both free

The limitations of all the recovery stuff is they can get your data back...even after format, but not if its been written over i.e. you formatted your card...then recorded over it right to full...

In that case it's gone....if you left some room on the card then there's hope that some of the files are there

I sold a laptop to a friend years ago, and found I had lost my 2009 tax data....
I phoned him up, ran recuva on the laptop and found the file from 3 years ago after heavy use of the system...
Unfortunately part of the file was overwritten and corrupted the whole quick books file.
