I'm about to buy a scarlet w for stock footage but the last thing I need to check is the ability to shoot in low light situations. Right now our setup involves shooting a lot @ISO2000, so the question is, does the scarlet w deliver a clean image? We're also thinking on the fs7 for the same purpose, it covers all of our needs except the slow motion performance.
Thanks!

Clean and acceptable are a bit of personal taste.

With scarlet-w you can also swap out the olpf to the low light one to give you a bit more.

Another trick for best results is adjusting your red compression ratio. This will depend on your frame rate but 8:1 or lower compression will give solid results.

Before dropping that kind of cash, might be worth to rent one and see if it goes with your flow (and taste)

I will say FS7 (and almost all Sony) footage drives me nuts. Super heavy in fcpx and premiere.

R3D is pretty incredible and hard to beat.
