about to the pull the trigger on a new GPU... titan x vs 980TI... advice?

[Zakaree Sandberg]

processor is a 3930k (might upgrade this as well down the line)

Im looking at the 980TI or titan X

my Current card is the OG titan..

as I understand it.. the 980ti and the titan x are practically the same, minus 6cores vs 12cores

will I see a serious increase in processing speed in resolve (transcoding)

with the Titan X over the 980TI

Will I even see an improvement over my current OG Titan?
