About to have first Dragon shoot

I'm about to shoot Dragon on a commercial. I'm going to find out what the post path is today, but is there any programs that have yet to be updated to work with dragon footage?

I highly recommend double system sound, with a timecode slate, and making very sure that the slate is legible, and the snap clearly visible before allowing action to be called.

Do not be surprised if manual sync needs to be performed in post, one clip at a time. This should not take an assistant editor long, though.

Some Dragons will properly lock to an onboard denecke or ambient box, some will not.

If you are not recording any sound on this commercial, this is academic, but keep in mind that the other observed eccentricity of the Dragon cameras I have worked with this summer is random timecode on start up.
as in, you could have files with different names and identical timecode.

Interesting. Yes this shoot is MOS but thanks for the info.

So is Smoke updated to work with Dragon files, anyone?
