About how update my firmware

Hi averyone, I need to know how update my firmware. I have a Scarlet-MX and I`m thinking about the REDLINK but I need v5.2.8 or latest version. What can I do?

I was trying to download the firmware but they are locked. I culdn't try with any link they was all locked. What can I do?

Contact your bomb squad rep and they should be able to get you unlocked.

Kalet - Did you buy your camera from RED or used/second hand? There is a transfer of ownership process that I would recommend going through/purchasing to give you access to all of that and support going forward towards the future.
