  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Okay,

many of you know that I have been prepping for a series of World Wide Epic workshops, and Fashion Shoots, for
"RED EPIC Auction Gallery Openings" were all that is exposed on this Grand Gala events will be Prints made form
Frame grabs out of our RED EPIC cameras, shot both with FLASH and Continuos lighting, events which will see all Prints
Auctioned out to benefit the Local "ABUSED CHILDREN FOUNDATIONS" in collaboration with my "NON-PROFIT" Organization
"KETCH ROSSi HUMANiTAS". 50% of all profits, will go to the "LOCAL" Children foundation, were both the Fashion Shoots and
Auctions will take place, and the other 50% to fund the Pre-Production of "KETCH ROSSi's PERSEVERANCE" Film which in turn will
donate 50% of its profits to CHARITY in dedication of ABUSED CHILDREN WORLDWIDE.


What I kept to my self till now, was that we will be doing a series of detail BTS videos of the actual Shootings of this High End Fashion shoots,
again all done with RED EPIC, this Professionally shot, detailed BTS videos done to document with precision all of my work behind the camera,
form initial set up to the actual PRINT, this will be an intensive RED EPIC WORKSHOP, that will bring a STILL/MOTION progress from
beginning to end, were even some one that has never touched a RED EPIC, or a RED SCARLET X for that matter, can and will be able to, after
seen the full Videos, do as I did, just not as fast... ;) I have also been communicating with an array of Industry Professionals,
form all over the GLOBE, with which I am organizing the Shoots, with some GORGEOUS and very SEXY models, plus collaborations form TOP Name
Agencies, and Gear Manufacturers that we use on regular basis in our Industry, all coming together to do this.


The official Announcement and DOWNLOAD will be done on our site www.KETCHROSSiSTUDiOS.com and of course announced here as well,
and looking to create a FACE BOOK PAGE for KETCH ROSSi STUDiOS which I'll be building up, but not sure I know well how to do it so to get the
best result and use for the Studios, when I get it done I'll post the link here as well, so you can subscribe and then get the notification when the
videos are up. Two Workshops are already in the scheduling process, and several more in the making, even so I will only be able to do a very
limited amount of this workshops, as I am already booked to do two movies in 2012, one of which in 3D, plus a possible Third one also in 3D,
I still do invite any one EXTREMELY Serious, and with the capacity to PRODUCE such an event to my DIRECT specification to contact
me directly to discuss this possibility.


Attendance in person to this workshops will have a small fee, to help cover the costs involved in the making of this workshops, plus food
and drinks for all attendees, etc. Little bits and pieces of what is going on in the mean time will be posted here, and you will get a clear idea
of what will be in the final VIDEO. Current Workshops are in the final process of been scheduled for ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN, GERMANY,
DUBAI, USA, BRAZIL, CHINA, JAPAN, + few more in the works, if you are from any of this countries or in a Country that is not listed, and
want to make sure that you and your company are involved please contact me directly to discuss it in detail, and if I fill that you could bring a
better experience and service to this Global Project, I will make all necessary arrangements to move the event in your City.

Oh... Almost forgot... Some of this High End Fashions shoots will be in 3D, to print and view in 3D... ;)

Ah, Ketch, you think you could make the font a little bigger? My 21 year old eyes are too weak to read it!
 
Which abused childrens foundations? When you connect 'for profit activities' to 'non profit' it's good to have links and background info on the foundations prior work in this environment. Is Ketch Rossi Humanitas a registered charity / non profit? What other work has the organisation been involved in?

just to correct you on the upgrade info Ketch, Scarlet will be upgradable. Here is a paste from one of Jim's Q&A posts from Nov. 3.

"Can Scarlet-X be upgraded to the new Dragon sensor when it is released?
Yes. However the upgrade will be more expensive than upgrading an EPIC due to the necessity to change several primary boards. There will still be data rate limitations to Scarlet after the upgrade as compared with EPIC."

My pleasure guys, I just get tone of emails, and I tough was overdo to do something like this, I know everyone is going to really Love it!!

I'm extremely well informed on al procedures when involved in Charity work, and all will be done properly, receiving foundations will be chosen once I have al the info form the participant parties,
and this will be a collaborative charitable series of events together with my own non-profit organization.

KETCH ROSSi HUMANiTAS, is still getting registered, it will be done by the time is needed, so no worries here either, and this will be the first events that my organization will organize... ;)

As far as mixing profit and non profit, I do this all the time, and we'll continue to do so for the rest of my life as my commitment is to donate 50% of all my business profits to various charities via KETCH ROSSi HUMANiTAS.


Larry, that is exactly what I said, not that it is not upgradable, but that IMO will make it redundant do to the cost of the upgrade when compared to the cost of the actual camera, as well as still one will have a limited capacity camera
when compared to the EPIC running the RED DRAGON, however we are just all speculating, since we have no idea really what RED DRAGON will be... ;)

The stills look really amazing, and I can't wait either to show them off... ;)

Thinking about it, mostly to see the interest in this, but already looking at the prints for Blue Ray and DVD, I might just go strait to the iTunes Digital Download route only.

Really want to keep this as inexpensive as possible.
