A-list Directors/DPs who love RED

I'll let David speak for himself here but my impression is that David is more about the right tool for the job than "love RED". PJ and SS, along with others, have shown that they have committed a bit more emotionally to the RED idea. We have heard quite a few feature film guys say they "will only shoot RED". There are also many others that have said "I'll only shoot film 'til I die"... (or something like that). While we love the fact that many are extremely passionate about what we are doing, from A-list (whatever that means) to Indie film makers... it does motivate us to keep going. Our original goal was to give everyone a great alternative to shooting film. Looks like we can check that box. Now we have raised the bar for ourselves going forward... in many ways.

Indeed you gave us that tool, Jim! I'm really grateful to everyone at Red to have come up with a tool that let the people without too much resources to achieve a quality that can stand side by side with traditional 35mm.
