A general question about the Red Nikon mount kit.

A general question about Nikon mount kit. A few months ago I got a notice from RED that there were kits available to fix any play between the Nikon lens and the Red Nikon mount. Since I have the Nikon adaptor I requested a kit, which showed up in the form of what appears to be two tiny black rubber dots in a zip lock bag. No instructions as what to do with these dots was included. Has anyone else received these dots from RED and knows what to do with them? In passing, just purchased a Nikkor 28-70 F2.8 D lens that Nikon has discontinued manufacturing. Great piece of glass. The zoom tracks perfectly with no breathing when focusing.
