9" touch lcd wireless control?

[Federico Rizzo]

The new 9-inch has been presented with wireless control but in the store red web page, in techs spec. there is no information about this . Anyone checked 9" touch lcd ?

[Bob Gundu]

I never saw the 9" advertised as a wireless device. The only wireless device is the Redmote.

You're misreading. The wireless control feature is baked into the Meizler, not the 9" Touch. The article is referring to the higher resolution and screen size being more usable for verifying focus and sharpness, particularly when using using a follow focus. For example, wireless focus puller chasing a 9" monitor mounted on a steady cam with operator.

That's Engadget for you. I think they get about 50 percent of their facts wrong.

I agree.
