7D vs 5D low light performance?

I'm talking about video and I'm going strictly by 'Nocturne' and what Vincent LaForet has said.
 
He's probably right about that. 5D2 max = 1600. 1D4 max = 6400. 2 stops.

For stills, I think it gains maybe 1 stop, at most.
 
Well, all I can say is that on the MkII stills have less noise than video...
And that the 1DIV's video at ISO6400 looks cleaner than the mkII's stills at 6400.

Not sure what that's worth.
