6K Helium Footage won't import into premiere

I shot with the Helium for a client in 6kHD, and they just called to say the footage would not import into their premier system. I told them to make sure that they were running the most up to date version and they said they were.

Any ideas why this isn't working?

the current build doesn't support the Helium, did you shoot ProRes too? Thats what I did and saved the day

I did not shoot prores as well. I was under the impression that it was supported in the latest build if shot in 6k?

Latest premiere supports both 6k and 8k Helium.
They might not have the latest version (CC 2017)

The latest Premiere CC does in fact support Helium. Just used it yesterday. Make sure they are on the CC not the bought version that tops out at version 6.

You should be in luck with CC 2017, but always a good idea to send sample clips of new codecs to post prior to shoot.

Yep client thought they were on the latest version but I confirmed they were not on CC2017.. All is good now.
