Microsoft Surface Pro 2 Plays 6K Super HD Video Content Recorded On RED Dragon CameraRead more: http://hothardware.com/News/Microso...o-From-RED-Camera-With-Ease/#ixzz317sSvzMQThe RED Dragon camera is RED's top-of-the-line flagship high definition camera for professional videographers and photographers. The 19 Megapixel Dragon takes amazingly crisp still images with high dynamic range, as well as 6K Super HD video that will knock your socks clean off. As Panos notes, 6K RAW footage offers nine times the resolution of standard 1080p HD video. Now, we know Intel's Haswell HD Graphics core already supported 4K HD video playback but could it handle 6K video? Apparently, as Panos so passionately points out, yes it does and so does the Microsoft Surface Pro 2.Read more: http://hothardware.com/News/Microso...ideo-From-RED-Camera-With-Ease/#ixzz317sA5zIs

It's actually old news from last September.

Here's a little clip of how it used on set by the Diamond Brothers.

I think you just connect the red mag usb3 reader with the tablet and of you go.
But for looking at footage thats perfect. I think you can't run a whole edit on it, but for testing out a few cuts it perfect.

Keep in mind that it's not 6k playing back at 6k resolution, but yeah I use my Surface Pro connected to a REDMag reader for footage review frequently. Very nice setup. And true it only has 512GB, that's enough to store 3 128GB REDMags and the system software.
