I searched for this in the forum but didn't find anything; my apologies if it has been addresses.
The sound tech inquired whether when shooting the time base as 30fps (29.97), and then using 60fps varispeed for some other shots, is it a 'hard' 60fps? Or some fraction from 29.97 doubled up.
I had never asked myself this question; as always figuring that 60fps meant 60fps. But it made me curious. Thoughts?
