  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

5K Playback on legacy 5" LCD is bad.

On both EPIC and Scarlet, both on 2.0.5, whenever we play back a 5K file on a camera with an old 5" RED LCD, the image scrolls like V HOLD is off :)

SDI out is fine, and dropping back to record mode shows no problems.

Happens in the EVF as well....
We reinstall the firmware again an it goes away... for a few days... then magically comes back again.

The RED guys are onto it... ( i think)
 
Thanks Mark. Yes, we are working through both related issues.
 
Any update on this from the Red Team, we are seeing the same issue on one of our Epics, ticket submitted.
