  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

5K is alive...

The image looks great, can't wait for more!

Man alive, I love that you guys are happy to post pics of your cameras half assembled on the bench, what a cool company!

Thanks guys!

got a shot with a wide RED PRIME on Frankie 2 ...?

YEEEEEEHAAAAW!!!! Very cool.

'Tis a good day in RED world. S35 Mysterium X is alive... RED SDK update... Nice.

I'm anxiously awaiting the full res images, but this looks pretty darn good for a low-res, 8bit image.

I want one of those dogs tags!
How much?

I'm with Ralph on this one. Cool looking dog tag. My dad's bulldog needs one of those for Christmas. :) It would look pretty fine on my german shepherd / husky mix too.

I have a new girlfriend, her name is mysty.....Mysty-X

We have successfully tested the 1st S35 Mysterium-X sensors in "Frankie 2". The images look incredible right out of the gate. We will be posting shots of the "Frankie 2" rig and frame grabs soon. Motion a bit later.

Wooooohooooo!

Jim

Its funny, the first time I have ever heard the word "Wooooohooooo!" was on the series ANTOURAGE, by Bary's assistant which plays the role as a gay, truly LOL thinking of Jim, been as Big and very tuff looking guy, especially when sen with his Cigar ( i can't remember a single time I actually have seen Jim w/o a Cigar :) ) screaming out "Wooooohooooo!" :)

This images of the 5K produced with F2 must really have been something else:matrix:

ciao

I bet milkk girls was pre redcode....sure wish we could get that from R1 today....or atleast closer then RC 36 :)
nothing I can't stand more then compression, unless maybe its edge sharpening! :)

that said, GOD the images from my R1 are AWESOME!! thanks again Jim...really

Milk Girls used REDCODE... it was one of the first things ever processed with REDCODE.

What's the secret then???

No secret... Stars just aligned that day, perfect lighting and perfect models.

If we shot Milk Girls on today's RED ONE it would look alot better then what came out of Franky way back then...

Adobe Photoshop CS4 Macintosh

uhmm isnt that processed?

You guys can't be stopped. It's like the flood gates have been open over you guys.

Gooooo Red.

I would also like to process my captures with my workflow, without redcode
