5.0 Touch LCD has gone black

When powering up, my 5.0 monitor flashes for a split second and then goes completely black. I've tried 3 different cables and have tested my brain with another monitor and it worked perfectly. I've asked a ton of friends and have searched all over the web and seems nobody else has had this issue. I dropped it off to RED last week and should be hearing back sometime later this week. I guess with the 5.0 being discontinued and lack of parts, it may not even be repairable so fingers crossed. Just wanted to see if anybody else has seen this issue.

Had this many times and it was always due to the cables or bad contact. My 5 is built like a tank and survived early stage 4 MX , Dragon and now Helium. But had to go through 5 cables and counting.

Love the 5” size and am very, very relunctant to go 7”. Big wish for an updated, higher res and brighter 5” full twistable monitor from Red for DSMC2!

Thanks for the reply Sergio. I've tried 3 separate cables and no luck. Did you have to get any repairs done or did a new cable do the trick? Any thoughts on the 4.7"?
