4K Music video Shot on Weapon 6k Standard + Zeiss contax/Canon Lenses + FoolControl

I am very happy to present you a music video clip I directed for Christine Salem. A famous world music artist based in Reunion Island.
I wanted it to be a graphic vintage treat for the eyes.
I shot weapon 6k which I'm very happy with, light, easy to Foolcontrol when the camera was out of reach, incredible image quality and at my surprise no noise to 2000iso !

Well have a look at 4K for yourself, I color corrected in Premiere using Colorista and added a 6k grain scan to my taste.

I like the subtle grain. What film stock grain did you use? Also, what lenses? It really is a visual feast. Great work!

I use a bunch of Zeiss Contax lenses on the fixed shot. We used the whole set 18mm/28mm/35mm/50mm/85mm/100mm/135mm. Most shot on the 28mm and 35
For the moving scene, we used 18-35mm 1.8 + 24mm 1.4 Sigma + 50mm L 1.2 Canon. Foolcontrol was a plus on this to light the Ronin setup and still have control over the focus etc...
Filmconvert was used for the grain : FJ 8543 VD stock in 35mm 3 Perf mode. It gave it this old school kind of feel

Standard Oplf. I like it a lot in the rendering of both shadows and skin tone. To me it is the perfect balance
